Howard has over 30 years of business experience, which covers wine and spirits retail, distribution, brand building and brand management. Also, he has built the commercial division of Echo Fine Properties, selling and managing all asset classes.

  • Managed a retail team of 25 people within a $3M store; As Director of Recruiting and Training, taught managers in 25 stores about merchandising, sales and promotion
  • Negotiated international buying deals in housewares, wine and real estate
  • Sold over $60M in real estate since 2020
